🕒 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund

📦 Condition of Items

Returned items must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging and any included documentation. Due to the handmade nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

• Personalized or custom-made pieces

• Final sale items (clearly marked)

• Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

📮 Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged in transit), we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
